LATE REGISTRATION:

- All players planning to play in the Farm, Minor, Major and Junior divisions must attend one (1) of the two (2) scheduled tryouts.
- Players that are planning to participate in the T-Ball division DO NOT need to attend any tryouts.

9am- 10am: Farm
10am- 11am: Minors
11am- 12:30pm: Majors
1pm- 2:00pm: Juniors
Softball Divisions | Location: Combo Field (former Farm Baseball Field)
12pm- 1pm: Farm
1pm- 2pm: Minors
2pm- 3pm: Majors
Make up try outs if needed due to weather: Jan 11th & 18th
2026 "BANCROFT NIGHT" / TEAM ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Thursday, January 22nd
Bancroft Night is for all teams & divisions.
Times TBD
On this night, we will be announcing which teams each player will be on for the 2026 season. This is a chance for you to find out who your coaches will be, as well as get some more information about the league and the upcoming season. This event will be held in person at Bancroft.
FIELD WORK DAYS:
1st Field Work Day: Saturday, January 24th
2nd Field Work Day: Saturday, February 28th
We need all of the man & woman power that we can get to help us get the complex ready for opening day.
Duties will be varied and we're sure that we can find a task that suits your talents. It is recommended that you bring gloves.
Field work days are from 8am - 12pm and sometimes lasting all day with managers and coaches continuing to work throughout the day.
If you can bring extra shovels, rakes, hula hoes, weed-whackers (gas ones work best), wheelbarrows, etc. that will help tremendously with getting everything taking care of on all fields.
OPENING DAY - SATURDAY, MARCH 7th
It's hard to believe, but the 2026 season will be here before we know it!
We are excited to get the season underway with our traditional Opening Day festivities - more details to come!
PICTURE DAY - SUNDAY, MARCH 22nd
Mark your calendars now & save the date for your individual and team photos!
Photos will be taken on the Major field at the CGLL complex
- Make sure players arrive 15 minutes before scheduled start time
- Players need to wear their full game day uniform
- Please bring your order form already filled out
HOME RUN DERBY - SUNDAY, APRIL 19th:
We are pleased to continue to bring back this popular CGLL fundraiser year after year! The Home Run Derby is a really fun event and is one of our main fundraising events of the year.
This will be open to anyone from the general public & will include competition at all baseball & softball divisions, plus a Men's and Women's division!
There will be prizes and recognition for the top sluggers of all brackets.
This event typically start at 10am and ends at 1:30pm.

Women's Adult Division - softball bat or baseball bats
