CGLL General Information

Our fields our located at:

College Glen Little League (CGLL) is open to all boys and girls between the ages of 4-14 living within the boundaries for CGLL (the area bound on the south by Folsom Blvd, on the west by CSUS, on the east by Bradshaw Rd. & on the north by the American River) as determined and approved by Little League Baseball.  
We play within California's District 5 of the Western Region of Little League.  CGLL is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, which is elected by General Election Board Meetings. The playing season for CGLL begins with tryouts in January, team announcements and practices in February and ends for most players late May or early June.  Post-Season Tournament of Champions and All-Stars begins in June and ends in late July or early August.

CGLL Mission Statement

College Glen Little League is a non-profit organization and chartered member of Little League Baseball International.  Through proper guidance and exemplary leadership, our mission is to assist the youth of our community and help cultivate the qualities of citizenship, discipline, teamwork, and physical well-being.  Through teaching the game of baseball we instill valuable life lessons, by espousing the virtues of character, courage and loyalty.  Our goal is to create a fun and positive learning environment for all who are interested in playing recreation baseball.  

CGLL Complex Rules

For your safety and the safety of others we ask that you please follow these ground rules for the CGLL Complex.
  • No Dogs are allowed within the gates at the CGLL Complex.  There is a public dog park on the back side of the complex, adjacent to the minor field.
  • No smoking (including e-cigarettes) within the gates at the CGLL Complex.  Smoking is not permitted in the parking lots near the complex either.
  • There will be no soliciting at the CGLL complex, unless approved by the Board of Directors or at a sponsored event.
  • Please do not ride bikes, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, etc. within the CGLL complex.
  • There is no hard ball usage allowed in the common areas of the CGLL complex.  This includes the area on the outfield grass of the T-Ball field between the minor field and junior batting cages.​
Thank you for your cooperation and ensuring the safety of all players, friends and family that attend practices and games at the CGLL complex.
