ACLL 10U All-Stars Rally Big After Early Deficit to Defeat CGLL Minor All-Stars, 16–5
CGLL opens strong, but ACLL answers with a 13-run first inning to take control

CGLL Jumps Ahead Early
The CGLL Minor Softball All-Stars opened the game with a patient and aggressive approach at the plate, drawing four early walks and capitalizing on passed balls and a line-drive RBI single by Mackenzie Woods to jump out to a 3–0 lead. Camilla Tripp’s groundout added another run, and CGLL looked in command with a 4-run first inning.

ACLL Responds with Massive First Inning
After falling behind early, the ACLL 10U All-Stars erupted in the bottom of the first with a 13-run outburst. A combination of walks, aggressive baserunning, and key hits—including a 2-RBI double by M.C. and a pair of RBI singles from R.N. and G.C.—allowed ACLL to quickly erase the deficit. Multiple CGLL errors extended the inning and helped ACLL pile on the runs.

CGLL Adds Two But Can’t Keep Up
In the top of the second, CGLL scratched across two more runs with a groundout by Kayla Huerta and another by Tori Bear, closing the gap slightly to 11–5. But that would be all the offense CGLL could muster, as ACLL’s defense tightened and C.B. settled in on the mound.

ACLL Extends the Lead Through Errors and Timely Hits
ACLL added two more runs in the second, taking advantage of multiple CGLL fielding errors. They tacked on three additional runs in the third thanks to singles from R.N., S.W., and E.B., pushing their lead to 16–5.

ACLL Defense Slams the Door
CGLL couldn’t generate a comeback in their final innings. Despite a single by MJ Ortiz in the third, ACLL's defense held strong. Pitcher C.B. recorded multiple strikeouts and groundouts to shut down the final CGLL rally attempt, sealing the win.
